Paul EarlCEO

Paul H. Earl is Chief Executive Officer of WorkLife Media, LLC, an online publisher of information solutions addressing the behavioral risk market.

Paul’s career has spanned over 30 years as a business leader, online publisher, and developer and marketer of information products and services. Throughout his business career, Paul has demonstrated vision, creativity, innovation, and leadership in developing technology-enabled businesses that meet customer needs.

In 1997, Paul founded Interactive Training, Inc. (ITI), an e-learning company that provided business skills training resources to major corporations. ITI was acquired by WorkLife Media during its formation in early 2004. Before founding ITI, Paul spent 10 years with International Data Group (IDG), a leading technology publisher, in a variety of online development and business start-up management positions. While at IDG, Paul founded and ran three independent online information services business units. For 13 years prior to IDG, Paul was on the management team at Data Resources, Inc., the leading economic forecasting firm, and its parent, McGraw-Hill. Paul developed and managed industrial consulting practices, industry and product forecasting services, and was the recipient of two McGraw-Hill new product development awards.

Paul holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University, and masters and doctorate degrees in Economics from Georgetown University.

 

Jane AdamsDirector of Publications and Business Development

Jane Adams brings over 20 years of publishing experience to the WorkLife Media and PRP Media teams. Her publishing experience and educational background in psychology provide a well-rounded perspective on the PRP Media magazines, newsletters and online products. Jane’s role as Publisher and Director of Business Development is to ensure products which have quality content, timely news and information all packaged together in an attractive, reader-friendly format.

 

Lynn LonswayDirector of Operations

Ms. Lonsway earned her B.A. from Central Michigan University. She has over 25 years experience at PRP Media. Extensively experienced in marketing, customized publishing, and operations. She brings over 20 years of meeting planning to the company and has experience with grant applications and government contracts. Working with the customer to understand their need and providing high quality products to the market is her main goal.

 

Russ RoozeboomCreative Director

After acquiring a degree in communications arts and sciences from Calvin College, Russ studied rhetoric and new media at the graduate level at Texas A&M. Russ combines this extensive education with varied work experiences, a rapier wit and a keen eye for design to conceptualize and create posters, pamphlets, newsletters, web sites and other media projects.
