Workbook / DVD
The Overcoming Insomnia DVD and workbook includes a five week program which uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques for treating insomnia. A DVD session begins each week with renowned sleep expert Dr. Gregg Jacobs covering lessons in sleep scheduling, creating an optimal sleep environment, relaxation techniques, and daytime activities that will help improve sleep. The remainder of the week is spent reinforcing skills learned through the DVD session and recording sleep patterns in the workbook.
